Activate 180 Expands National Reach with Addition of Nate Norman as Director of Client Development

Salt Lake City, UT (September 29, 2026) – Activate 180, a high-performance coaching and leadership development company, is pleased to announce the addition of Nate Norman as Director of Client Development. Nate joins the company during a period of continued growth and will focus on expanding Activate 180’s presence across new markets, developing strategic client relationships, and bringing the company’s performance and leadership solutions to a broader range of organizations.

Nate brings over a decade of experience across enterprise business development, sales, and client strategy, with a strong background in the coaching and professional development industry. Most recently, he served as Vice President of Enterprise Accounts at Corporate Visions. Prior to that, Nate spent six years as Vice President of Business Development at Ezra Coaching and held enterprise-focused roles with BetterUp and Podium. Throughout his career, he has partnered with organizations and senior leaders to understand complex business and talent priorities and develop solutions that support performance and long-term growth.

“At Activate 180, we take pride in being a place where the most talented people in this industry choose to build their careers, joining a team that's committed to staying at the leading edge of performance and leadership development,” said Zach Smith, President + Co-Founder of Activate 180. “Nate's track record speaks for itself, but what truly set him apart was the alignment between his proven success and who he is at his core: his values, his character, and the way he shows up as a leader. As we continue to grow, we're not just looking for talent. We're looking for people who reflect what we stand for, and Nate does that in every sense. We're thrilled to have him on board and excited about what he'll help us build next.”

As Director of Client Development, Nate will lead new business development efforts worldwide, focused on expanding client relationships and driving growth across the firm. He will partner with C-suite executives, HR leaders, and talent and organizational development leaders to bring Activate 180’s approach to performance and leadership development to more organizations. By addressing the individual and organizational drivers of performance, Activate 180 helps strengthen leadership, team effectiveness, and long-term business results.

“Throughout my career, I’ve had the opportunity to see firsthand the impact great coaching and leadership development can have on both people and organizations,” said Nate Norman, Director of Client Development at Activate 180. “That experience is also what made Activate 180 stand out to me. There is something special about the team, the approach, and what we have the opportunity to build. I’m excited to partner with clients to create meaningful, lasting impact and help grow an organization that can make a real difference for a lot of people.”
