Activate 180 FAQs
Activate 180 has made it affordable for anyone who wants a coach to have a coach, not just the executives. Additionally, we take a holistic approach to coaching, focusing on five pillars. Your employees will experience benefits that span their personal and professional lives, including their life experiences, health + wellness, career + leadership development, relationships, and finances. Our well-rounded approach to career coaching ensures all areas of your employees' lives are thriving because when you take care of your employees, they'll take care of your business.
First, you will need to determine the outcomes you'd like to achieve with the help of a coaching program. Consider some of the obstacles that are currently preventing these outcomes from happening at your organization. Whether you'd like to see increased retention and engagement, lower turnover and burnout rates, or an improved work-life balance and workplace culture, addressing every area of someone's life will help them show up stronger at work, allowing your business to thrive.
You don't need to do this on your own. Our process ensures that we address the most critical pain points impacting your business in real-time, using assessment tools and culture audits to continuously monitor and develop your personalized coaching program. When you invest in your employees, the return is boundless.
Book a call with us here. We'll learn more about the major pain points impacting your organization, as well as the obstacles you are looking to address. After determining whether our program is the right fit for you, we will establish a roll-out plan that will make it simple for your company to get started. Employees will receive the opportunity to opt-in because we believe that growth happens when people choose to, not when they have to. Our team of experts will hand-match your people to the coach they will build the strongest relationship with, creating change that sticks.
Your employees will experience bi-weekly, one-on-one, 60-minute coaching sessions for the first three to six months to help establish a trusting relationship with their coach. Your company will also receive a monthly team-building workshop and culture audit, allowing you to gauge growth and uncover additional pain points to be addressed through the coaching program. After the initial three to six months, you can choose to adjust the occurrence of coaching sessions to once per month or maintain the current bi-weekly cadence.
Our program makes it easy to track your organization's progress through surveying, pillar check-ins, and more. The platform we use is a one-stop-shop for everything related to individuals' coaching journeys. All of your employees' tasks, goals, and initiatives live inside their portals, so they can see how they've grown over time. We also regularly track associates' progress through anonymous surveys, allowing you to reflect more easily on the advancements your company has made and the skillsets your employees can continue to develop. Activate 180 provides a customized journal to each of the individuals enrolled in our program so that they can take notes and track their personal evolutions throughout their coaching sessions.
Overall, you'll know that your company is being affected positively through the many ways that employees will show up stronger at work. This includes exercising enhanced leadership skills, communicating more effectively, and being more productive. Along with individual employee improvements, you should see a reduction in turnover, a stronger company culture, and improvements related to efficiency, production, and happiness.
